Optional SMS notifications

Get operational updates about your MoveBoss account by text. You can use MoveBoss without enrolling in SMS.

What you can receive

Load request updates, trip updates, delivery reminders, compliance alerts, and settlement notifications. These messages relate to your existing account and work. This program does not send advertising or promotional offers.

Message frequency varies with your account activity and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. Login verification codes are requested separately during sign-in and do not enroll you in this program.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to your MoveBoss account and open Settings → Account.
  2. Enter your own mobile number in the Phone field.
  3. Under Notifications, read the SMS disclosure and check the optional consent box. It is unchecked for accounts that have not opted in.
  4. Select Save changes. Your phone number and SMS preference are saved to your account. Your company’s notification settings also determine which operational updates are sent.
